Engine oil consumption is a problem nobody wants. Most new engines today use less than half a quart of oil in 3,000 to 5,000 miles. Some use almost no oil. Under normal driving conditions, the TSX will perform the same and last just as long whether you're using full synthetic, synthetic blend or conventional oil if you are following the recommended maintenance cycle from Honda/Acura.
